Welcome! My name is Nicol Heard (ABN 99 629 864 613). I provide Intuitive Business Mentoring, training, and support, including 1:1 coaching, live workshops, and courses. My services are designed to benefit women running their own businesses.

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable when purchasing my services. Please review it carefully to understand your rights and obligations. By using my services, you confirm that you are over 18 and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree, please notify me immediately so we can discuss your concerns.

DISCLAIMER

This disclaimer applies to all services listed below.

1:1 Coaching/Mentoring1:1 Coaching/Mentoring is customised to meet individual client needs. Available as single sessions or packages, goals are set at the start, and we work together towards them. I recommend starting with a 2-hour intensive session followed by at least 4 subsequent sessions. Six-month bespoke packages are available by interview only.

Intuitive Intelligence/Intuitive GuidanceThese programs activate intuitive intelligence, applying the science of intuition to daily life and mastering universal laws.

Live WorkshopsWorkshops promote connection among participants while developing their businesses, overcoming fear, and enhancing intuition.

Online Membership/MastermindThis monthly subscription includes access to guided meditations, group coaching, coworking, and accountability sessions, along with membership in a private Facebook group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

My advice and information are based solely on my experiences. I am not a medical or health practitioner. My role is to offer a spiritual perspective to support clients’ self-healing and empowerment. My services are not a substitute for professional therapy. If concerns arise, I encourage you to seek advice from a mental health professional. Results are not guaranteed and are dependent on client input.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify me against any injury, illness, damage, or loss suffered while engaging with my services. You are encouraged to research and make fully informed decisions for yourself.

In no event will I be liable for costs, losses, or damages arising from this Agreement or the services provided. If this clause is deemed unenforceable, my total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for my services.

Any testimonials or promised results are based on personal and client experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes for others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials and resources provided are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and must not be copied or shared without my written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential, in line with my Privacy Policy.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All services must be paid for upfront. No work will begin without prior payment. Payments are accepted via credit card and bank deposit, but not PayPal.

Prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added for Australian clients.

DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Most services are delivered online via Zoom. You will receive instructions to join the online meeting at the scheduled time. Ensure you have installed the required software before the session, as appointments will not be extended for installation delays.

1:1 packages run on calendar months, and all sessions must be used within the package period. Unused sessions will be forfeited unless additional packages are purchased.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Single appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done more than 24 hours before the appointment. Late rescheduling may incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the full amount.

For packages, any holidays or time off will be communicated, and a solution that suits both parties will be discussed.

REFUND POLICY

1:1 Coaching/MentoringI do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you are unsure, I recommend booking a discovery call. Once a bespoke package commences, all payments for the full period are due and non-refundable.

CoursesCourse refunds may be available for untaught materials, minus Stripe fees and a 25% administration fee, if requested within 14 days.

Intuitive Guidance/Readings/Method SessionsNo refunds for change of mind after purchasing intuitive services.

Live WorkshopsTickets for live workshops are transferable but non-refundable.

Online MastermindThis service requires a 6-month financial commitment. Once enrolled, payments must be made for the entire term. A 2-hour intensive is required prior to the mastermind commencement.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond my control, refunds will be issued in accordance with the time of cancellation, minus processing fees.

JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and mediation before any legal proceedings can be initiated.
