THREE DAYS.

STARTS THE MORNING AFTER YOU SIGN UP.

The

Override

You already know.
So why did you do the other thing?

Three days to find the exact moment you talk yourself out of what you know, work out what it costs you, and practise staying in it instead.

There is a half-second between knowing something is true and acting on it.

You know what happens in yours.

You felt it in the car on the way there. You knew before you opened your mouth. Then something moved, and you gave the reasonable answer, the one that kept everyone comfortable, and you spent the next two days furious about it.

That half second is the whole problem.

Not clarity. Not insight. Not another framework to add to the eleven you already have.

Day one. Find it.

The exact moment you go offline inside yourself, and what happens in your body just before.

Day two. Price it.

What one override costs you over six months. Most women have never added this up.

Day three. Hold it.

A ninety-second practice for staying with what you know instead of trading it away.

How it runs

One short video each morning and one page to write on. Ten minutes a day.

A new day unlocks every twenty-four hours. Nothing live. No calls, no group, nothing to attend and nothing to catch up on. If you miss a morning, it will still be there when you come back.

You will need paper. Not the notes app.

Who it's for

This is for you if you have done the work. The therapy, the courses, the reading. You can explain your own patterns accurately and in detail, and you are still overriding them on a Tuesday afternoon.

This is not for you if you are looking for more information. This has almost none. It is three practices and a mirror.

Three days. Free. Starts tomorrow morning.

On Wadawurrung Country, stretching from the Great Dividing Range in the north to the southern coast and from the Werribee River in the east to the Surf Coast in the west, we honour the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our deepest respects to their Elders, past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge their enduring connection to the land, waters, and community. We also celebrate the rich stories, culture, and traditions of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders who live and work on this land.
