This container combines Spiritual Direction and Method support.
Spiritual Direction is not advice or instruction.
It supports you to:
listen for what is already moving in your life
discern fear from intuition
recognise guidance without outsourcing authority
stay present in uncertainty
live from integrity rather than habit or pressure
Method support helps your body and nervous system hold clarity without overwhelm.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about learning to listen and respond honestly.
How we work together
Over three months, we work in a steady, spacious rhythm.
Included in this container:
6 x 90-minute private sessions, held fortnightly online
Each session weaves spiritual direction and method support
Between-session voice note or written support for integration and discernment
Personalised reflections and practices when appropriate
This work is supportive without creating dependence.
It is designed to strengthen your own authority.

A Spiritual director, mentor, and facilitator of intuitive and embodied work with women.

This work has been shaped by decades of self-employment, leadership, grief, and lived initiation, alongside formal training in intuitive intelligence, spiritual discernment, and trauma-aware practice.
